What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administration for health, welfare, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison for Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation.
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits data and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to resolve issues and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Lead benefits-related projects, including annual open enrollment and system migrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to optimize data flow and system requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in benefits administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits, leave of absence programs, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Prior knowledge of Canada or LATAM benefits is an advantage.
