What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits programs.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation.
  • Conduct audits of benefits data, payroll deductions, and enrollments to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth processing and resolution of benefits-related issues.
  • Lead benefits-related projects, including annual open enrollment and system integrations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the P&C knowledge base and deliver employee benefits education.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits, leave of absence programs, and compliance requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
  • Experience with project management and system implementations.

Nice to have

  • Prior working knowledge of Canada or LATAM benefits programs.
  • Experience working with Workday.
