What you will do

• Configure, test, and enhance Workday functionality to align with evolving business needs.
• Manage complex integrations between Workday and third-party enterprise applications including payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs, reports, and process improvements.
• Lead HRIS projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Monitor system controls and data integrity to ensure compliance with privacy and employment regulations.
• Provide advanced guidance and training to HR partners, managers, and system users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum 8 years of HR systems experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree).
• Advanced expertise in Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Proven experience managing integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Ability to partner effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT departments.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in functional or integration areas.
• Experience in high-growth, technology, or regulated healthcare environments.
