Growth Product Manager

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Americas

Salary: $240,000–$315,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product journey from first touch through signup, onboarding, and the first reward sent.
• Define the growth roadmap and help build the new Growth team through internal transfers and external hiring.
• Build systems that enable rapid creation, iteration, and removal of landing pages and experiments.
• Run end-to-end growth campaigns with Marketing, covering audiences, messaging, landing pages, email, and advertising.
• Develop acquisition channels including referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, and recipient-to-sender conversion.
• Design incentive programs, prototype AI-enabled experiences, and make product decisions using funnel data and qualitative judgment.

Requirements

• 6+ years shipping web products as a growth product manager, founder, or engineer.
• Hands-on experience with acquisition, conversion, or activation.
• Technical depth to instrument funnels, interpret data, and build landing pages independently when appropriate.
• Strong judgment in evaluating conversion flows and deciding when experimentation will or will not produce meaningful evidence.
• Outstanding written communication in a documentation-first, asynchronous work environment.
