What you will do

• Partner with selected business units and the Regional Vice President, Human Resources on business and people priorities.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, organizational, policy, and employee-relations matters.
• Lead employee-engagement programming, survey follow-through, and HR communications that strengthen connection and belonging.
• Coordinate annual HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys, development planning, and compliance activities.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, HR data audits, organizational charts, headcount reports, and HR analytics.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development on recruiting, onboarding, training, workshops, mentorship, focus groups, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proficiency with HR systems, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in HR operations, employee support, or talent development and facilitation.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, coaching, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information responsibly.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience creating or supporting employee-engagement programs.
