What you will do

• Advise leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Coach managers through performance feedback, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Lead core people cycles including performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning.
• Partner with Finance on compensation planning, job leveling, and pay decisions.
• Execute organizational changes, leadership transitions, and offboarding processes.
• Use workforce data to identify trends in engagement, attrition, and organizational health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or People Partner role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Working knowledge of California and multi-state U.S. employment practices.
• Experience owning core people cycles like performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people data to operating priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a practical, low-ego operating style.
