Frontend Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global blog end to end, including Next.js, Sanity CMS, content models, publishing workflows, and author templates.
• Build and maintain marketing, product, resource, careers, and campaign pages within the product design system.
• Improve the public leaderboard frontend with tables, charts, filters, and clear data-focused UX.
• Optimize public surfaces for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, SEO, structured data, and existing internationalization.
• Build CMS models and internal publishing tools that enable marketing and content teams to publish independently.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in production frontend development.
• Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and CSS.
• Ability to implement complex layouts, motion, and responsive designs with precision.
• Enough full-stack knowledge to read APIs, extend routes, and follow request lifecycles.
• Clear communication with designers, marketers, and engineers, including explaining technical trade-offs to non-engineers.
• Portfolio or shipped work demonstrating high-quality public pages, content sites, or data-dense product interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sanity, Contentful, or another headless CMS, including content modeling and structured data.
• Experience with leaderboards, data tables, charts, ranking interfaces, or filterable data-dense tables.
• Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, JSON-LD, and structured data.
• Experience with restrained animation using Motion, GSAP, or CSS.
• Experience shipping directly from marketing or design briefs without a dedicated product manager.
