Senior Technical Program Manager (Security)

Location: United States — Remote; US East Coast preferred

Base salary: $153,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own workflow management, project tracking, and dependency coordination across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust.
• Build dashboards and reporting that show security risk, exposure, and program health to company leadership.
• Partner with security teams and coordinate priorities, capacity, dependencies, and execution across the organization.
• Make prioritization decisions when demand exceeds capacity, identify alternatives, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Design lightweight operating processes and effective collaboration models for security, product, engineering, legal, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Expand security program practices into broader company planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations.
• Experience in broad, cross-functional program or operations roles supporting diverse stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience building processes and applying sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a strategic, consultative partner.
• Experience managing competing priorities and communicating difficult prioritization decisions and trade-offs.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling environment where processes are still being built and refined.
