Senior Technical Program Manager (Security Platform Engineering)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; office address: 1600 7th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101.

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management across endpoint detection, email security, data encryption, network security, compliance engineering, and security assessments.
• Track deliverables and dependencies, identify risks early, and keep complex multi-workstream programs moving toward resolution.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders and drive decisions across organizations without direct authority.
• Build sprint cadences, status reporting, roadmap tracking, stakeholder updates, OKRs, and KPIs for monthly leadership reporting.
• Support engineering onboarding through ramp plans, platform handoffs, and knowledge-transfer logistics.
• Partner with the Manager on team restructuring, hiring coordination, and leadership communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-workstream programs from scoping through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior engineering leaders, risk and compliance partners, and business stakeholders.
• Experience driving cross-organizational alignment and decisions without direct authority.
• Ability to define, track, and report on OKRs and KPIs and translate platform and program health into actionable leadership insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leadership updates and productive meetings.
• Comfort working with ambiguity as the team scope evolves.
• Familiarity with security domain concepts sufficient to ask relevant questions and understand technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a security engineering or security operations team.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar program management tools.
• Experience managing contractor-to-FTE transitions or team restructuring programs.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or large-scale enterprise environments.
