Senior Technical Program Manager - Security Platform Engineering (Hybrid - Seattle)

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management across endpoint detection, email security, data encryption, network security, compliance engineering, and security assessments.
• Coordinate deliverables, dependencies, risks, roadmaps, sprint cadences, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Business partners.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment and decisions without direct authority.
• Define and maintain OKRs and KPIs, reporting platform health and delivery progress to leadership.
• Support engineering onboarding, platform handoffs, team restructuring, hiring coordination, and leadership communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs independently from scoping through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-organizational alignment skills.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting OKRs and KPIs for leadership audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with security domain concepts and technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting security engineering or security operations teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar program management tools.
• Experience with contractor-to-FTE transitions or team restructuring programs.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or large-scale enterprise environments.
