What you will do

• Own the overall health, stability, and long-term development of one or more client accounts or portfolios.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise clients on complex business and marketing challenges.
• Develop account strategies and partnership roadmaps that support profitability and organic growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements across hirify.global’s solutions and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across project management, creative, data, and media disciplines.
• Shape innovative marketing solutions, thought leadership, case studies, and client-facing growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client services, consulting, agency, media, or martech environments.
• Proven ability to manage the commercial health, profitability, and organic growth of high-value client portfolios.
• Strong strategic perspective covering market trends, business outcomes, and future-proof marketing strategies.
• Experience directing and motivating multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills with senior brand executives.
• Must be located in the United States; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship.
