Senior Director, Cloud Revenue Operations (Cloud)

Location: Remote in the United States; preferred locations are San Jose or Seattle. Bellevue and San Jose are also listed as locations.

Target salary: USD 227,800–338,800 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of hirify.global’s cloud revenue transformation across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, and IT.
• Design and implement operating models supporting subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid business models.
• Modernize cloud go-to-market systems, tools, workflows, and technologies across the customer and seller lifecycle.
• Establish processes for acquisition, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention, with accurate forecasting of ARR and consumption revenue.
• Build executive reporting, dashboards, usage analytics, and data governance across customer, product, revenue, and usage data.
• Lead a global revenue operations team, drive change management, and advise executive leadership on cloud growth and transformation priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions within enterprise technology organizations.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, subscription, or consumption-based businesses.
• Deep expertise in recurring revenue models, usage-based pricing, ARR management, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Revenue Operations transformations, including systems modernization and process redesign.
