Senior Client Account Manager, Global Strategic Accounts (Tech/AI)

Location: Must be based in person in San Francisco or New York, United States.

Base salary: $135,100–$189,200 USD per year, plus equity and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve clients’ marketing goals and develop media plans for awareness and direct response objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign launches, delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization for agencies and global advertisers.
• Manage global account operations, including revenue delivery, complex media strategy, multi-market optimization, and structured upsell.
• Turn campaign performance and cross-market tests into global playbooks and measurement frameworks for Product, Marketing Sciences, and Client Partners.
• Build and deepen relationships with advertising partners, educate brands and agencies, and represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Share client feedback and campaign metrics to help shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap; mentor and train team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management; global client experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate identifiable factors across problems of diverse scope.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
