Insurance Agent I

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Hybrid after training, with 50% in-office work and designated team days; training is 100% in-office. A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required for remote days.

What you will do

• Sell new insurance policies through inbound customer calls without cold calling.
• Guide customers through coverage options, quotes, purchases, and policy service.
• Explain insurance products and policy details clearly and answer policyholder questions.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
• Use multiple systems to document interactions, process requests, and update policy information.
• Follow agency procedures, licensing requirements, privacy standards, and service goals while collaborating with teammates.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education.
• Solid computer, multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
