What you will do

• Manage multiple large and complex global software implementation projects.
• Own project deliverables across all phases of the hirify.global Implementation Methodology.
• Coordinate Professional Services Consultants, Developers, client resources, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, risks, and issues.
• Lead status meetings and communicate project progress, expectations, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with the sales team to define customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Background in project management, preferably in a client-facing software environment.
• Experience creating Statements of Work and estimating effort and cost.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and willing to travel 5%.

Nice to have

• PMP designation.
• EHSQ experience.
• Technical understanding of customer software solutions.
