Scrum Master – AI Delivery

Location: Remote in LATAM or the United States

What you will do

• Lead Scrum ceremonies across AI and technology delivery teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and project status across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Identify and remove blockers involving technical dependencies, data access, integrations, security reviews, and shared services.
• Track velocity, throughput, cycle time, and unplanned work to improve delivery predictability and quality.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with technical, data, AI, or software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Project management experience covering planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Data, or Analytics initiatives.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
