Technician I-Product/Test (1st Shift)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; on-site facility role with no travel.

What you will do

• Read and interpret process documentation to perform automated product testing.
• Interpret test data and determine pass/fail results.
• Troubleshoot test failures, equipment malfunctions, and product issues.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Operate multimeters and automated test systems.
• Perform basic soldering of surface-mount components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic electronic/electrical knowledge, math skills, PC skills, and product knowledge.
• Quality- and safety-minded approach with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status due to U.S. export-control requirements.
