Quality Technician (Medical Devices)

Hourly pay: $19.90–$29.80

What you will do

• Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause at the system or component level.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality investigations.
• Document investigation results and supporting evidence.
• Propose corrective actions when needed.
• Support complaint handling, customer turnaround, event reporting, and quality improvement processes.

Requirements

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience and at least two years of related experience.
• Experience with soldering, ESD handling, and electro-mechanical assembly methods.
• Experience using mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Windows and familiarity with Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulation and the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary organization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of United States and international medical device reporting requirements.
