What you will do

• Develop marketing strategies and sales objectives for the residential mortgage program.
• Build new mortgage business and expand existing customer and business relationships.
• Oversee mortgage services for current and prospective customers.
• Coordinate the design and installation of residential mortgage services.
• Monitor mortgage products and local real estate market trends.
• Manage staffing decisions, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of mortgage experience, or an equivalent combination of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience including 5 years of mortgage experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products, real estate law, and applicable government regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Must establish and maintain federal registration requirements under the SAFE Act.
