Technical Program Manager (Oracle)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; on-site 2–3 days per week

Salary: USD 154,000–233,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs across Oracle ERP and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Coordinate Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers, AI engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Run discovery workshops to map system landscapes, business processes, data flows, integrations, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Manage risks involving legacy remediation, data harmonization, integration dependencies, change management, and business continuity.
• Ensure deployments meet enterprise security, compliance, auditability, governance, infrastructure, and operational-readiness standards.
• Act as the primary technical contact for onboarding, implementation, customer escalations, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Ability to work from Los Angeles, CA and be on-site 2–3 days per week.
• 4–6+ years managing or leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP programs.
• Experience with enterprise business systems, integrations, data flows, modernization programs, APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and at least one additional platform such as SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Proven technical program management or enterprise engineering delivery experience with complex, cross-functional implementations.
• Strong Agile delivery, executive communication, stakeholder management, organization, risk management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Background in a top-tier consulting or system integration environment, or experience leading enterprise modernization internally.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled programs or working with LLMs, automation, and multi-agent AI orchestration.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRIS, finance, analytics, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ERP platform, or related technical program certification.
