IT Technical Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, with presence in the San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days per week; Tuesday is the designated work-from-home day.

Salary: $278,000–$325,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for enterprise system implementations across ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, treasury, identity, and data platforms.
• Build and operate the Business Technology portfolio roadmap, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and capacity alignment.
• Establish portfolio governance with stage gates, RAID and decision logs, health reporting, steering committees, and executive readouts.
• Lead SOX ITGC readiness, control remediation milestones, audit evidence coordination, and compliance-focused change management.
• Drive UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors while improving delivery through templates, playbooks, Jira, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 4 years managing enterprise application or business systems programs.
• At least two large implementations led end to end as the program owner, including cutover and hypercare.
• Fluency in systems architecture, integrations, and data flows sufficient to evaluate technical plans and dependencies.
• Experience in a SOX or audit-facing environment, including change management, access controls, and evidence management.
• Strong operating discipline, executive communication, vendor management, and ability to establish processes from zero.
• Availability to work from the San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Coupa, Workday, Pigment, Workato, Okta, Lumos, or BigQuery.
• Pre-IPO or IPO readiness experience, including ITGC remediation or Audit Committee reporting.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance or AI tooling for status collection and reporting.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
