Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Translate approved robot data requirements into executable plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive data programs from pilot and scale-up through production and delivery.
• Coordinate across Research, Hardware, Software, Data Infrastructure, Operations, and vendor dependencies.
• Own schedules, risks, blockers, issue tracking, escalations, dashboards, documentation, and operating cadences.
• Build scalable collaboration processes across Research, Engineering, and Operations.
• Investigate technical and operational issues involving data quality, hardware readiness, and cross-functional bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex technical programs across engineering or R&D and operations.
• Strong technical literacy across hardware, software, data systems, or robotics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous and rapidly changing programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive execution without direct authority.
• Hands-on approach with comfort investigating technical and operational details.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, AI data, or hardware-software systems.
