Salary: $187,200 - $234,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive innovation by solving undefined technical and operational challenges for Public Sector customers.
• Create technical solutions from scratch or improve existing ones to transition AI/ML technologies into working products.
• Partner with engineering and operations to build AI systems for computer vision and generative AI government use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to exceed customer AI/ML objectives and manage long-term customer health.
• Use data and analytics to align internal resources and develop tools that provide direct value to customers.
• Collaborate with product development teams to address core engineering problems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations (MLOps) processes.
• Proven track record of analytics-driven problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time (forward deployed)

Nice to have

• Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program management.
• Experience at an API technology company or managing customers using APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
