M&T Bank’s Wilmington Trust Institutional Services division is growing digital-first trust and agency products through a strategic transformation program.

What you will do

• Support technology-driven programs and initiatives across Institutional Services functions and products.
• Coordinate portfolio, program, and project management activities, including deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Plan demand for technical and product resources based on intake and discovery.
• Coordinate with UX teams and scrum masters across major programs.
• Track program metrics, OKRs, KPIs, capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasting through dashboards and analytics tools.
• Engage stakeholders, connect Product and Technology teams, and maintain risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of proven project management experience, or 14 years of combined higher education and work experience including 10 years of project management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Teams, and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with the MS Power Platform and Power Apps Suite.
• Ability to manage 2–3 large initiatives and indirectly coordinate approximately 20–30 business and technology staff.
• Must be able to secure and maintain United States work authorization without company visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading business-driven initiatives with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Master’s degree.
