Technical Program Manager (AI Hardware)

Location: On-site in New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $208,000–$263,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own program schedules, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for rack, gear, or power conversion product families from kickoff through rate production.
• Manage risks and dependencies across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain for multiple concurrent programs.
• Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring, ensuring products meet genuine production-readiness standards.
• Manage long-lead components and DVT-stage design changes against lead times exceeding 20 weeks.
• Broker engineering and delivery escalations so critical decisions are made quickly.
• Build schedules with explicit assumptions, decision dates, and actionable risk tracking.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of technical program management experience in hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler.
• Experience running programs from kickoff through stage gates to rate production.
• Engineering degree and sufficient technical depth to participate in rigorous design reviews.
• Experience making recovery decisions on slipping programs, including scope, schedule, and spending trade-offs.
• Experience managing DVT-stage component changes against 20-week-plus lead times.
• Ability to track risks across five or more workstreams and drive uncertain decisions to closure.

• GPU or dense compute hardware program experience.
• Switchgear or power conversion NPI experience.
• Contract manufacturer management experience.
• Experience with ECO and change-discipline systems.
