Operations Associate, Mon-Fri, 2 pm to 10 pm

Location: Aurora, Illinois; onsite, second shift Monday–Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Salary: $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manufacture CMP pads using laminators, CNC equipment, die presses, and brush-cleaning equipment.
• Complete data entry, production records, quality testing, and inspections.
• Maintain a safe and clean manufacturing environment and comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 6S, and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Perform production support tasks including cycle counts, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory activities.
• Work flexibly across departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail, basic math, and computer data-entry skills.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand or power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb a ladder up to 15 feet, and stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive pinching, grasping, twisting, bending, reaching, and handling of small fasteners.

Nice to have

• One year of manufacturing experience, particularly in a safety- and quality-driven environment.
