Pediatric Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Fully remote across the United States; applicants must hold an independent LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland. Availability is required after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000+ annually for the stated earning potential; base salary is $45,000 for a 20-hour-per-week part-time schedule, with $70 per additional clinical session.

What you will do

• Provide individual, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Build consistent therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Independent LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Availability after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.
