Remote Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Part-Time)

Location: Remote, US; fully virtual work from home with periodic in-person retreats

Starting annual salary: $250,000, prorated to $125,000 for 0.5 FTE / 20 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication treatment plans, and ongoing medication management for children and teens.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team, families, pediatricians, and outpatient psychiatrists when applicable.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care, collaboration, and education.
• Schedule patients as indicated and complete timely, thorough clinical documentation.
• Provide feedback on workflow improvements and contribute ideas for program growth and innovation.

Requirements

• MD licensure appropriate to the clinical discipline, with openness to obtaining additional state licenses as care expands.
• Expertise in medication management for children and teens experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
• Commitment to compassionate, thoughtful treatment and cultural competence in diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a care team while also working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Basic computer skills and openness to new technologies.
