Customer Service Consultant (Branch Banking)

Location: Preston, United Kingdom; office-based branch role

Salary: £24,700 base salary per year, plus a 9% flexible benefits allowance and a 5% on-target variable pay award.

• Support personal banking customers through face-to-face, telephone, and video channels.

• Encourage digital self-service and collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel to and work from the Preston branch.
