What you will do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and secure messaging to resolve customer queries.
• Provide support across a diverse range of investment products.
• Ensure all customer interactions meet service level agreements and strict compliance policies.
• Work within a fast-paced client services environment to build product knowledge and capability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office.
