Salary: £24,700 base salary per year, plus a 9% flexible benefits allowance and a 5% target variable pay award.

Requirements

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work from the Aberdeen St Nicholas branch.
