Customer Experience Consultant | S1 | Retail Banking | Exeter

Location: Exeter Branch, United Kingdom; branch-based work, 35 hours per week on a Monday-to-Saturday rota between 8am and 6pm

Salary: £25,158 starting salary, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and discretionary performance-related bonus of 8% of salary.

What you will do

• Listen to, understand, and anticipate customers’ financial needs.
• Present product and service options with a digital-first focus.
• Support customers with cash transactions and banking technology in the branch.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
• Build meaningful customer relationships and support day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Protect customers against fraud and scams while helping simplify banking interactions.

• Experience listening to and anticipating customers’ financial needs.
• Experience presenting options and solutions across products and services.
• Experience answering customer calls in a contact centre.
• Experience developing customer relationships and collaborating with colleagues.
