Strategy and Deals Commercial Due Diligence and Strat Associate and Senior Associate (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead workstreams within commercial due diligence and corporate strategy projects, including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and customer and expert research.
• Analyse market data, financials, interviews, surveys, and company information to develop actionable insights.
• Structure complex client questions into hypothesis-led analyses and create client-ready presentations.
• Engage with clients, management teams, investment professionals, and external experts to gather intelligence and present conclusions.
• Collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies while coaching junior colleagues.
• Contribute to knowledge development, proposals, business development, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, or in-house strategy with a strong analytical component.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience researching markets, companies, and competitors.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear conclusions and persuasive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Associate candidates typically have 1.5+ years of relevant experience, while Senior Associate candidates typically have 3+ years.

Nice to have

• Financial Services experience, particularly in asset management, wealth management, insurance, or fintech.
• Preference for commercial due diligence or corporate strategy focus.
