What you will do

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify core issues for client engagements.
• Lead workstreams and manage project teams through efficient problem-solving processes.
• Develop sustainable strategies and policies for regional banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Work on projects spanning digital strategy, AI, technology operating models, and cyber resilience.
• Mentor junior consultants and strengthen client relationships through unique subject matter expertise.

Requirements

• At least 4-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of the banking and financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sophisticated data sets to present recommendations.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional language (French, German, Spanish, Dutch) is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in a local office at least three days per week.
• Willingness to travel as required by client projects.
