Professional Learning Specialist (SaaS)

What you will do

• Deliver live webinars, virtual learning sessions, workshops, and in-person training to support product implementation and customer adoption.
• Facilitate interactive learning through demonstrations, discussions, practical activities, and evidence-informed instructional approaches.
• Develop and continuously improve course content, videos, job aids, product documentation, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Learning colleagues to align content with customer needs, product updates, and business priorities.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using customer feedback and performance data, then recommend improvements to content and delivery.
• Provide follow-up guidance and identify opportunities to improve learning programs, processes, and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering professional learning, training, or customer education, ideally in an educational technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning.
• Experience developing learning content for different learning needs and delivery formats.
• Clear communication skills for working with customers and colleagues across varied audiences.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, and with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong organization, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; appropriate use of AI-enabled tools is expected.

Nice to have

• Instructional design or digital content development experience with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with K–12 or higher education.
• Experience creating self-paced e-learning courses, videos, or resource guides.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
