Traveling Sr. Manager, Client Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Primarily remote; must live within a geographical area nearby or central to existing client business in Pennsylvania. Travel to client sites across Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland and to team meetings is required as needed.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational performance, stability, quality, and monthly revenue goals for assigned client accounts.
• Prepare and present weekly dashboards, month-end reports, ad hoc analyses, and client performance metrics.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, productivity gaps, and revenue opportunities, then implement corrective action plans with Directors and Client Managers.
• Lead client communication and meetings with Client Managers and Supervisors to align priorities and drive accountability.
• Coach supervisors, managers, and team members while supporting hiring, onboarding, training, staffing, payroll review, and performance management.
• Ensure HIPAA, release-of-information, contractual, state, federal, and company policy compliance, including quality reviews and audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven success as a people manager and effective communication with clients, management, associates, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare and knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.
• Experience using Excel and analytical databases to create reports for clients and executive leadership.
• Must live near or centrally to existing client business in Pennsylvania and be willing to travel to assigned accounts and team meetings.
• Valid driver's license and a history of safe driving; consistent attendance with minimal unplanned schedule deviations.
