Solution Delivery Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $115,500–$173,000 base salary per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage post-contract client relationships, service delivery, contractual commitments, and scope changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing program goals.
• Develop and manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure program activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and business development on scoping and customer opportunities.
• Provide strategic input to science and product teams to optimize programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare provider market.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology programs.
• Experience building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, consultative, and collaborative skills.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in public health, disease surveillance, or laboratory science.
• Experience with complex service offerings involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
• Proficiency with Google productivity applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
• Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
