What you will do

• Build and maintain partnerships with trade schools, technical schools, vocational institutions, and other educational organizations.
• Develop outreach strategies and promote organizational programs through workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
• Plan and coordinate career fairs, open houses, campus visits, and other recruitment events.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical education events.
• Collaborate with marketing on brochures, presentations, and online content for technical school audiences.
• Track outreach metrics, prepare reports, advise students and faculty, and maintain partnership documentation and compliance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational outreach, preferably in technical or vocational education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of educational trends and industry needs.
