Technical Training Professional (Construction ERP)

Location: Westminster, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. North American travel is required 1–2 times per year for 3–5 days per trip.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year; bonus eligible and not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Facilitate interactive virtual instructor-led training for Vista and its integrations, covering foundational onboarding through advanced administration.
• Guide diverse technical audiences and manage interactive virtual classrooms.
• Partner with instructional designers to convert complex subject matter into scalable multimedia learning assets and self-paced online modules.
• Use learner evaluations and performance data to modernize curriculum design, instructional methods, and training offerings.
• Lead hands-on virtual lab environments to provide practical experience during interactive sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering technical software training or consulting for enterprise platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on expertise with hirify.global Vista or comparable enterprise Construction ERP software.
• Core knowledge of Construction Project Management and Construction Accounting principles.
• Demonstrated success leading virtual instructor-led training and managing interactive classrooms for technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with virtual lab environments such as CloudShare.
• Administrative experience with learning management systems such as Docebo.
• Experience building self-paced technical training independently or with an instructional designer using SCORM authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and/or video editing software such as Camtasia.
• Educational background or formal degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology.
