Technical Training Professional (Construction ERP)

Location: Westminster, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon; 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. North American travel is required 1–2 times per year for 3–5 days.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Facilitate interactive virtual instructor-led training for Vista and its integrations, from foundational onboarding through advanced administration.
• Partner with instructional designers to convert complex subject matter into multimedia learning assets and self-paced online modules.
• Use learner evaluations and performance data to modernize curriculum design, instructional methods, and training offerings.
• Lead hands-on virtual lab sessions that provide practical experience with enterprise construction software.
• Support customer product adoption and success through engaging technical learning experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering technical software training or consulting for enterprise platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with hirify.global Vista or comparable enterprise Construction ERP software.
• Knowledge of construction project management and construction accounting principles.
• Demonstrated experience leading virtual instructor-led training and managing interactive classrooms for technical audiences.
• Ability to work from the Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual lab environments such as CloudShare.
• Learning management system administration experience with platforms such as Docebo.
• Experience creating self-paced technical training with SCORM authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or video editing software such as Camtasia.
• Education, instructional design, or technology degree.
