Senior Project Manager, Professional Services (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, customer-facing implementation projects across Tracking, Tracking+, and Diagnostics from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including timelines, scope, budgets, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and change control.
• Act as the primary project contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, leading kickoffs, status meetings, and escalations.
• Coordinate the transition from sales to implementation and steady-state adoption with Onboarding teams.
• Coach and guide onboarding and project management colleagues, delegate weekly project work, and support resource prioritization.
• Use AI tools for status tracking, documentation, planning, communication drafting, meeting preparation, and information synthesis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably with complex customer-facing technology implementations.
• Experience managing concurrent projects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Experience with project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, documentation, governance, and change control.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding team members in onboarding, implementation, or professional services environments.
• Intermediate to advanced hands-on experience using AI tools in daily professional workflows.

Nice to have

• Aviation, aviation software, MRO, aircraft maintenance, or related technical industry experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS or technology solutions.
• Experience in Professional Services, Customer Implementation, Onboarding, or Technology Consulting.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience improving operational processes and managing global, cross-functional projects.
