What you will do
- Manage ICT and information systems development projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Define project strategies, scope, deliverables, work plans, implementation approaches, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Lead project teams, coordinate activities, review deliverables, and monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Maintain project plans, quality plans, status reports, governance documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Manage risks, issues, quality control, changes, corrective actions, and project costs.
- Facilitate working groups, progress meetings, and stakeholder discussions while mentoring project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing information systems development projects.
- Project management certification such as CAPM, PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, project management tools, the system development life cycle, quality management, governance, risk management, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with iterative, incremental, and adaptive delivery approaches, including Agile or similar methodologies, and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Fluent English at C1 level is required.
