Project Manager (IT Transformation)

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end governance for client engagements, managed services contracts, internal transformation initiatives, and emerging technology programs.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, SOW compliance, timesheet classifications, and approval workflows.
• Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders and lead standups, steering committees, reviews, status updates, escalations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate ITSM leads, technical architects, application support leads, business analysts, and other cross-functional delivery teams.
• Plan resources, clarify ownership, remove blockers, support onboarding, and maintain accountability across active engagements.
• Maintain risk registers, issue and dependency logs, project records, governance documentation, status reports, and post-meeting summaries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Experience managing client-facing engagements in an embedded or resident project manager capacity.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, SOW management, billing, and scope classifications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams in ITSM, cloud, application support, or related environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, Miro, and project documentation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required, including communication with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in IT managed services, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and ticketing systems.
• Exposure to AI, emerging technology initiatives, or transformation programs.
• Experience with enterprise clients in regulated or complex stakeholder environments.
