Senior Corporate Operational Project Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must be authorized to work in Israel and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the OKR methodology and operating model.
• Lead complex cross-functional corporate operational and strategic projects from definition through execution.
• Establish governance and management cadences, including OKR and program reviews.
• Track performance, risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation actions across initiatives.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and management recommendations.
• Prepare data-driven materials for leadership decisions and build scalable operating tools, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Corporate Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, PMO, Management Consulting, or a similar field.
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Project and program management expertise, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and execution tracking.
• Analytical experience with performance data, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and operating mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, ownership, and execution skills.
