Senior Project Manager (Dam Operator Safety Training)

Location: Generally based in Denver, Colorado, and across the Western United States; U.S. citizenship is required. Delivery follows a Tuesday–Thursday cadence, with travel on Monday and Friday. The worksite may be remote subject to change.

What you will do

• Oversee integration of contract CLINs covering course development, delivery, and logistics.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality assurance, reporting, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, TPOC, DOI bureaus, vendors, and Regional Security Officers.
• Direct mission-aligned, risk-informed dam-operator training delivery and ensure dry-run readiness.
• Manage risk, issues, changes, document control, and courseware versioning.
• Oversee job hazard analysis packaging, field logistics, rosters, binders, and memoranda.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in federal training or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in dam safety or water infrastructure.
• Experience with PMBOK-based controls, integrated scheduling, cost and schedule performance, risk registers, procurement, vendor management, and courseware configuration management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; OSHA 30 or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance is required at proposal submission and throughout the contract.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Bureau of Reclamation directives FAC 0104, FAC 0107, FAC 0108, FAC 0201, and EMG 0201.
• Experience with FAR 31.205-46 travel compliance and IPP invoicing.
• Experience managing multi-site training programs.
