What you will do

• Process accurate financial transactions and maintain complete records.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and handle stop payments, debit card orders, and related requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and refer customers to appropriate bank departments.
• Protect customer information, follow banking regulations, and maintain security procedures.
• Support branch objectives and participate in local community and bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
• Professional communication skills and attention to accuracy.
