What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated UI and API tests for modern web applications using Cypress and Selenium.
• Build and analyze performance and load testing frameworks with JMeter.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and development teams.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Track defects, quality bottlenecks, and quality metrics covering reliability, compliance, performance, and security.
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior team members on automation architecture and quality practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years as a senior quality or automation engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Cypress and Selenium, plus practical experience with JMeter.
• Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
• Experience testing complex web applications deployed in cloud environments such as AWS, across both UI and API layers.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile, cloud-native delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development methodologies.
• Experience testing enterprise platforms or CRM environments such as Salesforce.
