Talent Acquisition Specialist (Restaurant Expansion)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Texas, United States; supports store openings across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

Salary: $45 per hour.

What you will do

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and other approved channels for General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Supervisor roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current hiring needs and 2027 store openings across Texas.
• Conduct initial phone screens, assess qualifications and availability, and communicate role expectations.
• Coordinate interview stages, maintain timely candidate communication, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead, store operations leaders, and hiring teams to prioritize openings and support hiring decisions.
• Monitor candidate progress, communicate delays or sourcing challenges, and support pre-opening recruitment deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or comparable job boards.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong phone-screening, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to support changing hiring priorities as Texas expansion plans progress.
• Must be based in Texas.
