Contract Recruiter (6 Month Contract)

Location: Rancho Dominguez, California; onsite/hybrid

Salary: $40.00–$60.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills

What you will do

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers through intake meetings, interview panel design, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, pipelines, and interview feedback in Rippling ATS.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding transition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in small-to-midsize company environments.
• Experience independently managing an end-to-end recruiting process as a solo recruiter or primary desk owner.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and effective direct-message outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to guide hiring managers and communicate directly with candidates.
• Adaptability to recruit across technical, operations, sales, and corporate roles.
• Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract for six months.
