What you will do

• Lead complex technical projects from initial conception, scope definition, and resource allocation through final delivery and deployment.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource forecasts using Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to mitigate dependencies and promote continuous integration across multiple work streams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery and minimize operational disruption.
• Act as the central communication link for project stakeholders, translating technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Oversee external partner relationships and vendor performance to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Strong command of project financials, resource forecasting, actualization monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
• Prior experience managing vendor-integrated technical projects in fast-paced corporate environments.
