Account Executive, Sales - Merchant Services (Fintech)

Location: Remote, WA

Salary: $85,000–$140,000 annually, plus commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Drive new business by selling merchant services to government agencies through direct customer contact.
• Maintain an active pipeline of agency leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
• Build relationships with clients and partners to support satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Prepare proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Coordinate with implementation, support, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of experience.
• Experience engaging customers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to have

• Two years of payment industry experience.
