Merchant Services Account Executive - Virtual Client (Merchant Services)

Location: Home Location-PA (PAH01), with remote work available only in select geographic locations; occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $70,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Sell credit card systems, merchant services, payment processing, and related support services to business customers.
• Prospect for new clients with annual revenue of approximately $1–10 million.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify requirements, and recommend appropriate services.
• Partner with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers to identify payment solution opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and credit card processing.
• Track, collect, and report sales statistics while referring leads outside the target market to other sales channels.

Requirements

• Strong experience in prospecting and sales within Merchant Services or payment processing.
• Knowledge of business banking, client relationship building, cold calling, prospecting, sales, negotiation, and sales operations.
• Strong communication, selling, decision-making, critical-thinking, and customer experience skills.
• Associate degree preferred; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Roles at this level typically require less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
